Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining access to their own phone systems, CRMs, Google Business Profile, and customer communications, and ensuring their team follows applicable laws and third-party rules.

3. Results

DoorDominance does not guarantee specific lead volume, rankings, booked jobs, revenue, reviews, or profitability. Results can vary by market, competition, response speed, service coverage, existing reputation, and office follow-up quality.

4. Payments

Fees, billing cadence, scope, and cancellation terms are defined in the applicable proposal, order form, or written agreement between DoorDominance and the client.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for spam, deceptive marketing, unlawful review practices, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates applicable laws, carrier rules, or third-party rules.
